MedMates, RI’s first healthcare technology network group, invites health tech professionals to its first working meeting as an official organization on June 4th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the offices of Ximedia in Providence, RI. The event will showcase successful networking connections that arose from previous MedMates events and breakout sessions to define the next action list for moving MedMates forward on its three main areas of focus: StartUp Launchpad, Strategic Collaborations and Policy. The event will conclude with prizes for the company with the most representatives and for the person who has referred the most new members.
MedMates is dedicated to galvanizing collaboration between health-tech companies, hospitals, universities, source of capital and government partners. The mission of the organization is to support and accelerate health-tech opportunities in the Ocean State. MedMates members have deep experience in the fast-changing health-tech field, ranging from start-ups to mature companies and everything in between.
