The RI Business Plan competition will host some of the region’s most experienced business builders and investors at an upcoming workshop on March 12 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. in Providence. Presenters will provide practical insights and tips on what they and other potential business partners look for in a presentation.
Panelists include:
- Blaine Carroll, V.P. of Strategic Initiatives, Delta Dental of Rhode Island
- Robert Maccini, Managing Director, Angel Street Investors
- Ray Mathieu, Board Director, CFO, Angel Investor
The panel will address topics such as how to speak to investors’ key interests, how to explain that your idea will make money and the best way to use PowerPoints. The event is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required.
