As a venture transitions from start-up to growth, the founder’s role evolves from juggling myriad product and market challenge to managing and leading a team.

On Thursday, April 5 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. come to RICIE to hear from a professor of management, a management psychologist, a VC and an entrepreneur as they explore some of the personal and professional challenges founders face and offer their perspectives on leadership in the life cycle of a business.

The Rhode Island Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (RI-CIE) is an excellent source for entrepreneurial support.  RI-CIE members not only have access to a knowledgeable staff, but also state-of-the-art facilities within their 9,000 square feet office located in Providence’s Knowledge District. In addition, each month RI-CIE holds several forums and  workshops pertaining to new businesses, as well as office hours on the University of Rhode Island’s Kingston campus.
