The Southeastern New England Defense Industry Alliance (SENEDIA) is teaming with the RI Chapter of the National Contract Management Association to host an educational luncheon on IP and data rights. The speaker at the event will be David P. Metzger, a partner at Arnold and Porter in DC whose practice focuses on all aspects of federal government contracting law including bid protests, claims, contract administration and alternative dispute resolution issues.
